Like the title says I installed an Ecobee 3 this morning. Upon wiring everything and flipping the breakers back on I am getting no power to the Ecobee unit itself. After further investigation I am getting 11.68v between the RC wire and C wire at the thermostat on the wall. Checked the air handler itself and the 3a fuse is good and nothing seem off.1.
