Fanatic purifiers stellaris - The empires which I have created to seed my game aren't spawning despite having the eagle icon checked, their galaxies being random and of having non unique origins. The empires in question are devouring swarms and fanatic purifiers of one type or another. This wasn't an issue until this patch, so I'm looking for a solution to this or if anyone else is having issues of the same kind?

 
Fanatic Purifiers response to being completely conquered. I always thought it weird why the xenophobic pop of a fanatic purifier stays when conquered. I think the xenophobic pop should flee to there original empire worlds or kill themselves because they'd rather death over alien rule. Would make dealing with fanatic purifiers more interesting.. Fanatic purifiers dont get diplomacy. You are the only species allowed to exist. No vassals, only death. Edit: hive minds and gestalt can make vassals. The empires that cannot are the murdery ones, like FP, or devouring swarm. That bombardment stance does extra damage and when it reduces the population of a planet to zero it reduces the planet to a tomb world.If you're trying to create another Fanaticle purifier empire that's the same species, try: Click on a friendly planet Click create vassal The go into diplomacy with that vassal Click release vassal.
