We are having ongoing issues with the DVD player not playing properly and have taken into the dealership and they've done little to nothing to repair it or replace the entire system. A couple of times when I've started it up when I get around to looking at the i-Mid display it is off, completely dark. At that point nothing I do will get it back on, including turning off the car and restarting it. Checked with battery tester and battery is good at 12V. Plugged everything back in and vacuum works on ACC and with engine on.
