I found that if you keep shader caching on it works for a few times, then you have to right click the game, open the shader cache and delete the file. To anyone having this issue still I found that the best way to ACTUALLY fix it is to go to Emulation -> Configure -> Graphics -> API settings and switch from Vulkan to OpenGL.
